Walkthrough Toolchain Standards Robotics Deployment News Book a demo

Find the compliance gaps
before your assessor does.

OSCAR connects to your engineering toolchain (Sphinx-Needs, Enterprise Architect, Jira and more) and checks your work products clause by clause against the safety and security standards of your domain: automotive, robotics, industrial machinery, railway autonomy and other autonomous systems. Every gap comes with the evidence and a fix.

Deployment options

Choose the deployment model that fits your environment

Same OSCAR engine. Three deployment options.

Air-Gapped / On-Prem

Highest Isolation
  • Runs fully inside your infrastructure
  • No outbound calls during inference
  • Best for classified or strict NDA projects

Private VPC

Enterprise Standard
  • Dedicated single-tenant cloud environment
  • EU data residency + enterprise access controls
  • Balanced security and speed of rollout

SaaS — Managed

Fastest Onboarding
  • Fastest setup with managed operations
  • Tenant isolation and encrypted processing
  • Ideal for pilot and rapid adoption
Pilot Evaluation Feedback

Pilot feedback

Feedback from early pilot participants. All engagements conducted under NDA with non-confidential artifact sets. Quotes are shown in their original language.

On detection accuracy

"Running OSCAR on our SWE work products surfaced 14 non-conformities against ASPICE SWE.2 and SWE.3 in under 40 minutes. Each finding traced directly to the specific PA outcome that was not satisfied. The same scope would typically occupy two senior systems engineers for the better part of a week."

Lead Systems Engineer Tier-1 Automotive Supplier · Munich, Germany
On security architecture

"Our IT security policy strictly prohibits cloud-based processing of any OEM-originated artifacts. OSCAR's on-premise deployment ran entirely behind our firewall — no external model calls, no data leaving the perimeter. That architecture was a hard prerequisite before we could even open the tool to our compliance team."

Head of Engineering IT Tier-2 Automotive Supplier · Dresden, Germany
On supplier assessment

"We used OSCAR to run a baseline ISO 26262 functional safety assessment against our supplier's system design specification. The clause-level gap report — referencing specific Part and section numbers — gave our team a precise action list the same afternoon. It cut at least two rounds of back-and-forth with the supplier."

Functional Safety Manager OEM · Stuttgart, Germany
On continuous monitoring

"The delta report between two consecutive assessment runs shows exactly which gaps were closed and which remain open — with full traceability to the artifact version that resolved each finding. That level of auditability completely changed how our team manages ASPICE compliance progress across development sprints."

Works inside your docs-as-code and ticket workflow

OSCAR reads requirements where your engineers keep them and puts findings where they plan their work. No new tool to log into.

  1. Reads requirements, specifications and test cases where your engineers keep them, with their IDs and links.
  2. Writes back each finding as a linked need, right next to the requirement it concerns.
  3. Opens a Jira issue for the owner, with clause, evidence and fix. Close it, rerun OSCAR, and the gap is closed.

Example: one gap, from finding to fix

A hazard in a Sphinx-Needs project has no rationale for its controllability rating. OSCAR flags it against ISO 26262, writes the finding back next to the hazard, and creates the Jira issue for the HARA owner.

Fix
Add a controllability rationale (driver study or literature reference) for HE-03. Extend the HARA with foreseeable misuse scenarios.
Jira: the same finding as an issue for the HARA owner. Close it, rerun OSCAR, and the gap shows as closed.

Robotics & autonomous machines

Automotive-grade safety rigour for robots

From 20 January 2027, the EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the Machinery Directive, including new requirements for safety functions with self-evolving behaviour. Our team has delivered ASIL-D programmes for automotive OEMs. OSCAR brings that rigour to cobots, mobile robots and the sensors they depend on.
